T 4 2 STROKE

This is an attempt to combine two of the loves in my life = scooters and cake - and will be a journal of coffee and cake enjoyed whilst out and about on my scooters. I will try to rate the venues on pose-ability on the scooter, quality of coffee and cake (based on my own devilish method  - the cheese scone test) and other randomly based judgements! Venues will be scored on the bean-ometer out of 5


Today (27.02.11) was the first ride out in anger on my scooter since probably last October - see main blog - and I ended up at my local coffee shop in Pocklington, the Coffee Bean, open especially for me (well me and all the fool hard souls taking part in the annual Pocklington Snake 10 mile run.......). A quick call to my wife after an excellent sneaky espresso and we enjoyed out usual latte and americano. Its very difficult to rate the Coffee Bean in the classic (well soon to be classic T42stroke method) - pose-ability is low (you've been to Pock, haven't you?), they don't do a cheese scone - but the coffee is fantastic plus they know our order - so they weigh in has the benchmark - 5 beans out of 5
